Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Brand Management

Maintain brand identity and ensure consistency across all platforms.

Support the execution of annual brand strategy and marketing calendar.

Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.

  • Campaign Execution

Plan and execute 360 marketing campaigns (digital + offline).

Coordinate with creative agencies for key visuals, videos, and content.

Track campaign performance and optimize for better ROI.

  • Digital & Social Media

Assist in content planning for social platforms (FB, IG, and TikTok).

Manage social content timeline, posting, copywriting, and coordination.

Work with digital team/agency on ads, retargeting, and performance reports.

Ensure strong online presence for product launches.

  • Influencer / KOL Marketing / Partnership

Find and coordinate with influencers, Partnership , baristas, and creators who fit Breville's premium positioning.

Manage contracts, briefing, product seeding, and content approval.

Track influences KPI performance and high-quality content delivery.

  • Product Launch & Retail & Trade Marketing

Manage POSM creation (banners, stands, shelf-talkers, wobblers).

Coordinate in-store display updates for modern trade & specialty retailers.

Support demo programs, workshops, and retail events.

  • Event & Activation Support

Help plan and execute brand events, coffee workshops, and product demos.

Manage logistics, vendor coordination, and materials preparation.

  • Reporting & Analysis

Prepare weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance, digital insights, influencer results, and competitor movements.

Provide recommendations based on data and consumer feedback.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or trade marketing
  • Experience in FMCG, consumer electronics, appliances, or retail marketing is an advantage

Skills & Competencies


  • Strong coordination and project management skills
  • Good understanding of marketing principles, campaign execution, and consumer insights
  • Ability to analyze basic sales and marketing performance data
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with marketing tools is a plus
  • Strong communication skills in both written and verbal English (Thai mandatory if applicable)
