We're hiring: Marketing Executive (Cosmetics)

Location: Bangkok (Rama 3), Thailand (on-site)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support execution of integrated marketing campaigns for BSC Cosmetics across online and offline channels, ensuring brand consistency and commercial impact.
  • Coordinate with appointed marketing agencies (creative, media, digital, PR, influencer) to brief, develop, and execute campaign materials aligned with brand strategy.
  • Assist in developing campaign concepts, content direction, and key communication messages in collaboration with Brand Manager.
  • Manage campaign calendar including product launches, promotional campaigns, seasonal activations, and retail events.
  • Coordinate production of marketing assets including KV, POSM, social media content, video materials, in-store displays, and promotional visuals.
  • Work closely with Sales and Trade Marketing teams to ensure timely rollout of marketing campaigns across retail and distribution channels.
  • Monitor digital performance metrics including engagement, reach, conversion, and campaign effectiveness; prepare performance reports and improvement recommendations.
  • Support influencer collaborations and KOL partnerships including briefing, content alignment, and performance tracking.
  • Ensure all marketing materials comply with cosmetic product claims, regulatory requirements, and brand guidelines.
  • Conduct competitor monitoring on campaigns, pricing communication, and social media trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Track marketing budget utilization, PR management, and campaign cost control in coordination with Finance.
  • Assist in preparing campaign recap presentations, management reports, and brand review materials.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication Arts, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 24 years of experience in marketing, brand communication, or campaign coordination within cosmetics, beauty, FMCG, or lifestyle industries.
  • Experience working with marketing agencies and managing campaign execution timelines.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing trends, and beauty consumer behavior.
  • Good organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret marketing performance metrics.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in Thai; English proficiency is an advantage.
  • Passionate about cosmetics, beauty trends, and consumer engagement.
