A Creative agency is hiring for the profile of Marketing Executive (Experiential Marketing).
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 1-4 years
Responsibilities
1. Marketing Support
○ Assist in research, ideation, curating, and outreach to brands, communities, individuals and implementing marketing plans aligned with the firm's goals and objectives.
○ Support the team in identifying market trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for growth.
○ Identify opportunities for brand partners to participate on-ground at relevant festivals, summits, awards
2. Brand Coordination
○ Collaborate with internal teams to maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
○ Assist in creating marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, and monthly campaigns
3. Digital Marketing
○ Curating Conceptual digital campaigns and supporting the team in the output for the same across internal pages as well as concepts for brand partners.
○ Assist in identifying the right digital amplification platforms and partnerships
4. Content Development
○ Coordinate the creation of engaging content, including blogs, articles, and social media updates. ○ Collaborate with team members to ensure content aligns with the firm's brand and messaging
5. Campaign Execution
○ Assist in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
○ Track and report the performance of campaigns to ensure goals are met
6. Event Coordination
○ Support the promotion of firm and brand events, pop-ups and campaigns.
○ Help identify and secure opportunities for brand sponsorships and partnerships to increase visibility and credibility
7. Market Research
○ Conduct basic market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
○ Provide insights to the team to inform marketing strategies across verticals
8. Team Collaboration
○ Work closely with the marketing and PR teams to align efforts and achieve common goals.
○ Support client campaigns and ensure cohesive messaging across platforms
9. Administrative Tasks
○ Manage marketing calendars, track deadlines, and organize materials for campaigns.
○ Assist in managing budgets for campaigns and events, ensuring resource efficiency
Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
● At least 1+ year of relevant experience in marketing or communications.
● Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media, Google Analytics, and content management systems.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
● Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
● Enthusiastic, creative thinker with a willingness to learn and contribute to team success.
