Marketing Executive
(On-site, Chiang Mai - Thailand)
Iron Software is looking for an ambitious and highly organised Marketing Executive who wants to grow their career in B2B software marketing. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable managing multiple projects at once, enjoys hands-on execution, and is motivated to progress into more senior marketing roles over time.
This role exists because our marketing team is operating at high velocity. A significant amount of important work is currently being handled at scaleoften behind the scenesincluding email marketing, video publishing, webinars, social promotion, and campaign delivery. As a result, some high-impact initiatives are underdeveloped or delayed due to capacity, not capability.
You will report directly to the Senior Growth Marketing Manager and work closely with marketing, sales, engineering, and creative teams. You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of core execution work, reduce bottlenecks, and help unlock more strategic marketing activity across the team.
This is a hands-on role focused on executing, optimizing, and improving marketing activity across email, campaigns, affiliates, paid media, events, and webinarshelping drive product awareness, lead generation, and sales outcomes.
What you'll be responsible for:
Email Marketing (Core Focus)
Email is a critical channel at Iron Software and an area with growing complexity and opportunity.
- Plan, build, and execute segmented email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, onboard users, and promote products
- Write campaign content and manage execution end-to-end
- Analyze performance (open rates, CTRs, conversions), report on outcomes, and continuously optimize
- Support list segmentation, experimentation, and performance tracking as the program scales
Campaign Execution
- Support the development and rollout of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Coordinate timelines, assets, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
- Help move campaigns from ideas to shipped, measurable outcomes
Content (Foundational Skill)
Content underpins everything in this rolefrom email to campaigns to future progression.
- Build deep understanding of the industry, Iron Software products, and developer audiences
- Create and support content such as website copy, blog posts, campaign assets, and supporting materials
- Contribute to case studies, competitor comparisons, and product-led content that currently lacks dedicated time
Paid Media Support
- Work with agency partners to assist in launching and optimizing paid campaigns
- Monitor performance and support testing, iteration, and reporting
- Help identify opportunities to improve ROI and channel efficiency
Affiliate Marketing
- Support affiliate programs
- Assist with onboarding affiliates, campaign setup, and performance tracking
- Help grow an area that currently has strong potential but limited internal capacity
Events & Webinars
- Coordinate marketing activity for webinars, conferences, and virtual events
- Support promotion, execution, and post-event follow-up
- Assist with operational tasks that are currently absorbed by senior team members
Sales & CRM Support
- Assist the sales team with marketing materials such as presentations, case studies, and enablement assets
- Support CRM data hygiene, campaign tracking, and reporting
- Help ensure marketing activity cleanly feeds into pipeline and revenue reporting
Data & Reporting
- Analyze marketing and campaign data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Support reporting across email, campaigns, and channels
- Help optimize strategies to improve conversion rates and pipeline contribution
Cross-functional collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, engineering, sales, and creative teams
- Support execution across teams while learning how campaigns are planned, measured, and scaled
What we're looking for:
Essential
- Minimum 2 years experience in a relevant marketing role
- Strong execution skills with a clear interest in growing into campaign ownership
- Hands-on experience with email marketing (campaign setup, segmentation, analysis, reporting)
- Strong written communication skills and comfort producing content
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities
- An analytical mindsetcomfortable working with data, performance metrics, and reporting
Strong preference for candidates with:
- A background in email marketing or content marketing
- Experience analysing campaign performance and using insights to improve results
- Strong research skillsable to understand products, markets, competitors, and technical concepts
- Content skills are fundamental to this role and to progression into a campaign or growth marketing position
Bonus points if you have
- HubSpot experience or certifications
- Experience working with developer or technical audiences
- Experience contributing to case studies, competitor analysis, or product marketing content
