Plan & Execute: Develop trade strategies and promotional activities to drive sales and market share for both of offline and online (channel, promotion, merchandising, planogram, shelf display etc.) for channel to achieve business goal.
Budget & Analysis: Manage trade budget and analyze sales data/ROI to optimize spending, demand forecasting & prepare weekly, monthly report to management team.
Merchandising: Oversee in-store visibility, POSM, planogram implementation, shelf display, promotional material to support launch plan, promotion plan, and increase brand awareness
Collaboration: Align with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure seamless campaign rollout.
Market Insight: Conduct field visits to analyze channel & competitors movement, then present key findings and recommendation to develop plan or action plan.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business administration or any related field.
Minimum GPA of 2.70 for undergraduate and 3.30 for postgraduate studies
2-5 Years Experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, Channel Management will be advantaged.
Good command of English (TOEIC score of 550 or higher)
Having basic understanding of consumer behavior and marketing concept.
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong communication, presentation, planning, organization and logical thinking skills.
Fluent in Microsoft Excel & Power point.
Able to analysis and evaluate implemented trade program.
Strong ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Proactive, self-driven, and able to work under pressure.
Adaptable to a fast-paced environment and changing market trends.
Be able to work outside Bangkok e.g. Market survey or grand opening shop event in upcountry.
