You Will
- Formulate and execute a social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other platforms that is aligned with YouTrip&aposs unique brand voice and objectives.
- Be the face of YouTrip on social media, creating relatable and authentic on-camera content that strengthens the brand&aposs connection with its audience
- Produce engaging and creative content, with an emphasis on creating viral videos that boost brand awareness
- Align social media initiatives with broader marketing goals, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand presence across all channels
- Be responsible for driving organic performance such as platform growth and engagement across key social media channels
- Identify and capitalize on trending topics, memes, and cultural moments to keep our content hyper-relevant and relatable
- Provide reporting and analysis of platform performance and optimise content through data-driven insights
- Work closely with the marketing team to curate social-driven campaigns to acquire and engage with users
Requirements
- A social native - You have a strong awareness of emerging trends and behaviors on social media and are able to interpret digital culture to drive business objectives. You should possess a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant industry experience.
- A creative storyteller - You have a knack for crafting compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences, turning complex ideas into engaging and digestible content
- A content creation expert - You have deep experience in content creation for social media using editing tools such as Photoshop or Video-Editing tools. You are comfortable being in front of the camera and creating content representing the YouTrip brand.
- A fearless self-starter - You dare to push the creative boundaries, implement new ideas and test new formats to drive brand presence on social media
- Data-driven - You have a detailed understanding of social analytics and ability to synthesise data into actionable insights
