Marketing Executive

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Marketing Executive to support the company's marketing and business development initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the company's construction and Solar PV services, conducting market research, developing marketing materials, and assisting in client engagement to strengthen the company's market presence in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's construction and Solar PV services.
• Conduct market research and analyse industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
• Prepare and maintain company profiles, marketing brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Manage and update the company's website, social media platforms, and other digital marketing channels.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents, marketing proposals, and business presentations.
• Support business development activities by identifying potential clients and maintaining good relationships with existing customers.
• Coordinate meetings, exhibitions, networking events, and other marketing activities.
• Work closely with project and management teams to ensure consistent corporate branding and marketing communications.
• Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and prepare reports for management.
• Perform other marketing and business development duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Philosophy, or a related discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Good analytical, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, social media management, or content creation will be an advantage.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the construction, engineering, or renewable energy industry will be an advantage.
• Experience in marketing, business development, or customer engagement is preferred but not essential.
