Job Description

Job Summary

The Marketing Executive is responsible for planning and executing marketing events and campaign activities from concept to completion. This role oversees event coordination, budget management, cross-functional communication, and on-site execution to ensure all projects are delivered effectively and aligned with business objectives and brand direction.

The role also supports integrated communication planning for campaigns and events, including coordination with internal and external stakeholders across PR, digital media, online and offline channels, as well as creative and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

Event Planning & Execution

  • Plan and execute marketing events, promotional activities, and brand campaigns from beginning to end.
  • Develop event concepts, themes, and activity formats aligned with target audience and business objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth event preparation and execution.
  • Oversee overall event operations and manage on-site activities during event days.
  • Handle unexpected issues and provide immediate solutions to ensure successful delivery.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and summarize key learnings and performance results.

Budget Management

  • Prepare and manage event budgets effectively and ensure spending remains within approved allocation.
  • Monitor costs and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to maximize value and efficiency.

Communication & Coordination

  • Coordinate with related teams including Marketing, PR, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Operations, and external agencies.
  • Support communication planning for events and campaigns across online and offline channels.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, artists, organizers, and production teams to ensure all deliverables are completed on time.

Creative & Marketing Material Coordination

  • Coordinate the development of Key Visuals (KV) and campaign creative materials for assigned projects.
  • Work closely with graphic designers and creative teams to ensure materials align with campaign objectives and brand image.
  • Coordinate material adaptation for various communication platforms including in-store media, digital media, social media, and print materials.
  • Reporting & Administration
  • Prepare project timelines, event reports, and performance summaries.
  • Maintain proper documentation related to projects, vendors, quotations, and approvals.
  • Support other marketing activities and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication Arts, Business Administration, Event Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in marketing, event management, or campaign coordination.
  • Strong project management and coordination skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in retail, lifestyle, FMCG, or event marketing is an advantage.
