About the job

Provide operational and creative support for exhibit setups, display execution, and in-store visibility initiatives within the Marketing Subscription Department. This role ensures all marketing displays, events, and promotional materials are implemented effectively, aligned with brand guidelines, and delivered on time to enhance customer engagement and subscription growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing exhibit setups for marketing campaigns, subscription promotions, and events.

Support the design and installation of displays in retail spaces, kiosks, and high-traffic areas.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to implement in-store visibility guidelines for subscription-related campaigns.
  • Ensure timely delivery and set up of promotional materials for festive campaigns, HQ projects, and special activations.
  • Monitor and maintain displays to ensure they remain visually appealing and compliant with brand standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and refresh displays as needed.
  • Prepare materials, manage logistics, and ensure readiness for special requirements.
  • Prepare post-event reports and feedback summaries for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Design, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing support, visual merchandising, or event coordination.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written)
