Responsibilities
1. Marketing Systems, Infrastructure & Orchestration
- Tech Stack Management: Own the backend of HubSpot, including lead-capture forms, automated nurture workflows, and CMS landing pages.
- Process Design: Design and implement structured marketing processes, creating templates, playbooks, and scalable frameworks.
- ABM Orchestration: Manage Account-Based Marketing (ABM) efforts, ensuring all touchpoints (Paid Search/LinkedIn) are tracked via Dreamdata.
- Automation & Efficiency: Introduce automation to eliminate inefficiencies and proactively identify breaks in the data funnel.
- Data Governance: Maintain clarity across marketing workflows and reporting to ensure a technically seamless marketing-to-sales handoff.
2. AI-Native Execution & Content Operations
- AI as a Delivery Multiplier: Use AI to repurpose long-form insights from subject matter experts into social posts, email newsletters, and SEO-optimized industry pages.
- Strategic Growth: Rapidly generate demand for technical expertise to match our clients resources demands and increase output instead of headcount.
- Quality & Precision: Use AI to improve research, content development, and reporting while ensuring it enhances both thinking and execution quality.
- Continuous Integration: Continuously test and deploy practical AI solutions and automation tools to move faster and with more precision.
3. Distribution, Governance & Brand Support
- Distribution Governance: Govern the distribution engine powering our professional presence across key archetypes: Technical Organizations, Partner-Led Firms, and Transformation Partners.
- Campaign Management: Manage and publish LinkedIn campaigns and social content, ensuring every post meets senior standards for quality and clarity.
- Performance Optimization: Maintain governance of Always-On paid search campaigns, adjusting in real-time to align with service capacity and business objectives.
- Thought Leadership & Amplification: Assist in distributing and amplifying thought leadership while increasing visibility among enterprise buyers and partners.
- Brand Consistency: Support structured event initiatives and maintain positioning consistency across all channels.
- Agile Execution: Manage all tasks and sprints transparently within Jira to maintain a high velocity of execution.
4. Sales Alignment
- Collaborate closely with the Sales leadership team.
- Support account-based marketing efforts.
- Improve marketing-to-sales coordination.
- Contribute to accelerating qualified pipeline.
5.Hands-On Ownership
- Configure and operate marketing tools directly.
- Build and maintain reporting and attribution systems.
- Support events, content execution, campaigns duplication and deployment.
- Operate comfortably in a small, senior team environment.
Qualifications
- 3 - 7 years of hands-on experience in B2B Growth Marketing, Marketing Operations, or a similar systems-oriented role.
- High-level English fluency is mandatory.
- Expert-level capability in HubSpot (Workflows/CMS), Dreamdata, Mixpanel, and GA4.
- Hands-on experience with marketing tools and automation platforms, building marketing systems and processes.
- Proven ability to build and use custom AI workflows (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.) to accelerate content production and data analysis.
- Deep understanding of the enterprise buyer journey and how marketing operations directly support sales enablement and revenue growth.
- Comfortable using Jira to keep tasks clean, meet deadlines, and test everything carefully before it goes live.
- Experience in technology, digital consulting, or enterprise services environments is strongly preferred.
