Role Summary

Own and pioneer the Go-To-Market strategy for our most exciting new product launches. You will be instrumental in ensuring flawless, high-impact execution across our digital, retail, and eCommerce ecosystems, ultimately driving significant revenue growth through data-driven performance optimization.

Job Scope

  • Own the GTM Strategy: Strategically lead the end-to-end Go-To-Market lifecycle for all new product launches, defining our market presence and execution approach across digital, retail, and eCommerce platforms.
  • Drive Performance: Direct campaign readiness, rigorous KPI tracking, and continuous conversion optimization, effectively leveraging both internal cross-functional teams and key external agency partners.
  • Ensure Alignment: Act as the central point of coordination with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Performance teams to perfectly align launch timelines, resource deployment, and execution to maximize results across every customer touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute robust, full-funnel GTM strategies (Awareness > Trial > Conversion) that deliver measurable ROI.
  • Direct and optimize high-volume performance campaigns across key platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, NocNoc, etc.), effectively managing agency relationships.
  • Be the owner of our performance narrative, driving deep-dive analysis on key metrics (Conversion, ROAS, CTR) to inform immediate action.
  • Oversee readiness checklists including in-store and online POSM, vouchers, product listings, and landing pages
  • Act as the central nexus between Brand, Retail, Media, and CX, ensuring absolute alignment for flawless execution and a unified customer experience.
  • Apply data-driven insights to identify gaps in the path-to-purchase and recommend channel improvements

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience taking high-growth products to market, with deep expertise in Digital Commerce, GTM Strategy, or Performance/Growth Marketing.
  • Proven experience managing eCommerce campaigns on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, or similar platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
  • Experience working with media and eCommerce agencies
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive problem-solver
  • Fluent in Thai and proficient in English
