Role Description

We're looking for a Marketing Insights & Orchestration Consultant to embed within a client's marketing analytics organization and become a strategic partner to marketing, digital, and campaign teams.

This is not a reporting role.

You'll help marketing leaders understand what's happening across the entire customer journey, identify opportunities, generate actionable recommendations, and coordinate optimization across multiple marketing technologies and channels.

Working alongside Bloom AI consultants and the client's marketing teams, you'll combine data, business context, and AI-enabled analysis to improve marketing performance across awareness, engagement, pipeline, and client growth.

Financial services experience is preferred, but strong B2B marketing analytics experience is essential.

What You'll Do

You'll work across the full marketing funnel to generate insights and drive action.

Typical responsibilities include:

  • Analyze performance across digital marketing, campaigns, CRM, web, email, paid media, social, events, and sales activation.
  • Develop executive-ready insight reports that explain what happened, why it happened, and what should happen next.
  • Partner with marketing stakeholders to identify optimization opportunities across campaigns and customer journeys.
  • Translate marketing objectives into measurement frameworks and KPI dashboards.
  • Connect insights from multiple platforms into a single marketing narrative rather than isolated channel reporting.
  • Help orchestrate marketing activities across the client's MarTech stack, ensuring campaigns are coordinated and data flows effectively between systems.
  • Work with Bloom AI's agentic analytics capabilities to automate recurring analysis and surface proactive recommendations.
  • Support experimentation, campaign measurement, attribution, and continuous optimization.
  • Present findings to marketing leaders and influence decision making through clear storytelling. 

Core Skills

We're looking for someone who combines analytical rigor with strong marketing understanding.

Marketing Analytics: Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels and customer journeys.

  • Experience measuring campaign performance across digital channels.
  • Familiarity with demand generation, lead management, nurture programs, and pipeline reporting.
  • Ability to connect marketing metrics to business outcomes.

Marketing Technology

Experience working with several of the following:

  • Salesforce
  • Adobe Experience Cloud
  • Marketo
  • Google Analytics
  • CDPs
  • Campaign management platforms
  • Marketing automation platforms

Understanding how data moves across marketing systems is more important than expertise in any single platform.

Communication

  • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex data for executive audiences.
  • Comfortable facilitating discussions with marketing, analytics, and business stakeholders.

Bonus Points

  • Experience within financial services, asset management, insurance, or wealth management.
  • Exposure to customer journey analytics or marketing attribution.
  • Experience using AI tools for marketing analysis and workflow automation.
  • Familiarity with customer segmentation, personalization, or CDPs.
  • Experience supporting executive marketing reporting.
