Marketing Intern

Role Description The Marketing Intern role at Leatherbook is a full-time, on-site position based in Bangkok. The intern will assist in planning and executing marketing activities that promote immigration consultancy and tourism services, including drafting marketing materials, preparing social media content, and supporting email campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, gathering and analyzing customer insights, and monitoring competitor activities to inform marketing strategy. The intern will also help coordinate promotional events, support basic sales outreach, and respond to customer inquiries in collaboration with the customer service team. This role offers hands-on experience in marketing within a specialized service environment, working closely with more experienced colleagues to learn and contribute.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact confidently with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to conduct Market Research and support Marketing Strategy development with clear, organized findings.
• Interest in Sales activities and willingness to assist with lead follow-up and outreach efforts.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, email marketing) is beneficial.
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Comfort working in a multicultural environment and an interest in immigration and tourism services.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under guidance.
