Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating marketing content and distributing it effectively. You will help us create a strong brand presence with innovative promotional offerings, online and offline marketing campaigns, and marketing events. You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure that your marketing efforts support their sales efforts. Finally, your analytical skills will assist you as your monitor and report on the success of your marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Planning & Execution

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns for smart home appliances and 3C electronic products. Align promotional strategies with the brand's overall marketing calendar and business objectives, ensuring high-quality delivery.

  • KOL / Influencer Collaboration

Identify, develop, and manage partnerships with KOLs and content creators on platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and relevant online communities or forums. Negotiate collaborations, monitor performance, and continuously analyze and optimize influencer marketing results.

  • Integrated Promotion Strategy

Collaborate across PR, social media, and influencer marketing channels to create efficient, stage-based promotional strategies. Drive both brand awareness and sales growth through creative, data-driven campaign execution.

  • Creative Briefings & Content Guidance

Draft KOL brief and video scripts, and provide creative guidance based on platform trends, user insights, and brand positioning to enhance brand awareness.

  • Advertising & Campaign Optimization

Manage ad boosting (ADS) for KOL videos, with a clear understanding of paid advertising logic, campaign optimization, and performance tracking.

  • Content Production & Social Media Operations

Assist with short-form video shooting and editing for social platforms. Oversee daily operations of the brand's overseas social media accounts, stay updated with algorithm changes, and regularly analyze performance data to refine content and ad strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher. Candidates with a Diploma (Vocational or Higher Vocational Certificate) and strong experience will also be considered.
  • Capable of basic English communication in a professional setting. Candidates with strong KOL resources or extensive KOL management experience will be considered even if their language skills are slightly weaker.
  • At least 1 year of experience in overseas marketing, with solid expertise in KOL collaboration; familiarity with social media and ads is a strong advantage.
  • Well-versed in major social media ecosystems and influencer collaboration models, with strong analytical and spreadsheet (Excel/Google Sheets) skills.
  • Possesses strong connections with leading MCN agencies and top-tier influencers in the Southeast Asian market. Candidates with established influencer resources are highly preferred.
  • Content Sensitivity: Deep understanding of Southeast Asian social media culture and trends, with a sharp sense of content aesthetics and creative thinking. Able to identify and anticipate viral content trends to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Innovation & Market Insight: Strong innovative thinking, with keen market insight and logical analytical skills. Able to continuously develop and refine marketing strategies based on global and regional trend dynamics.
