About The Team

The Livestream Superstar Creator Key Account Manager is a high-impact, results-driven professional responsible for driving the growth of Shopee Live's (GMV) by acquiring, nurturing, and managing the platform's top-tier livestream creators. This role is crucial for establishing and maintaining high-value relationships with Superstar Creators, ensuring their consistent success and maximizing their contribution to the overall Shopee Live GMV.

Job Description

  • Identification & Acquisition
    • Market Mapping: Proactively identify and scout potential Superstar Creators (livestreamers) from both internal and external platforms who possess significant audience reach, engagement, and commercial potential.
    • Pitch & Onboarding: Develop compelling value propositions and negotiate terms to successfully acquire high-value creators, integrating them seamlessly into the Shopee Live ecosystem.
  • Creator Management & Relationship Engineering
    • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute tailored growth strategies, content calendars, and monetization plans for each assigned Superstar Creator.
    • Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact, building strong, long-term, and trust-based relationships to ensure high creator satisfaction and retention.
    • Performance Grooming: Provide ongoing consultation and training on best practices for content creation, engagement techniques, product selection, and conversion optimization to continually groom creators for higher GMV.
    • Operational Support: Coordinate internally with marketing, product, and operations teams to secure exclusive resources, features, and campaigns for Superstar Creators.
  • Live Session & Day-to-Day Oversight
    • Mandatory Session Presence: Must be physically or virtually present for all Superstar Creator livestream sessions on Shopee Live.
    • Real-time Monitoring & Support: Actively monitor live sessions for performance, audience feedback, technical issues, and adherence to platform guidelines.
    • Immediate Troubleshooting: Act as the first line of defense to troubleshoot and resolve any operational, technical, or content-related issues in real-time to maintain stream quality and continuity.
    • Take Care Function: Proactively address immediate needs or concerns of the creators during their crucial live broadcasts, ensuring they can focus solely on performance.
  • Campaign & D-Day Success
    • High-Stakes Coordination: Lead the planning and execution of creators presence during major promotional events (D-Days, e.g., 9.9, 11.11, etc.), including exclusive deals, product launches, and collaborative content.
    • Post-Mortem Analysis: Conduct deep-dive performance reviews post-session and post-campaign, translating data into actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements

  • Exceptional Relationship Management: Proven ability to build rapport, influence, and manage high-stakes relationships with high-profile individuals/talent.
  • Problem-Solving & Agility: Strong ability to remain calm and troubleshoot under pressure, especially during live broadcast scenarios.
  • Negotiation & Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex strategies clearly and persuasively.
  • Proactivity & Ownership: A high degree of self-motivation, taking full ownership of creators success and the associated GMV target.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional internal teams (Marketing, Tech, Operations) to deliver a seamless experience for creators.
