The Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the resort's marketing performance through creative storytelling, strong digital execution, commercial awareness, and close collaboration with operations, revenue, sales, F&B, and spa teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the resort's annual marketing plan to drive brand visibility, guest engagement, direct bookings, F&B revenue, and overall commercial performance.
- Manage integrated marketing campaigns across social media, digital platforms, CRM, PR, influencer partnerships, print, and on-property communication channels.
- Lead content planning and storytelling for rooms, dining, spa, beach, pools, family experiences, sustainability, resort activities, and seasonal promotions.
- Work closely with Revenue, Sales, F&B, Spa, Rooms, and Operations to ensure marketing initiatives support business needs, rate strategy, outlet performance, and guest experience.
- Plan and promote resort activations, including dining events, brunches, BBQs, cultural evenings, private dining, festive campaigns, and tactical low-season promotions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, guest feedback, social media performance, and campaign results to identify opportunities and recommend improvements.
- Oversee content creation, advertising, public relations, photography, videography, and brand communication to ensure quality, consistency, and timely execution.
- Ensure all marketing materials and activities comply with brand guidelines, corporate standards, and the resort's positioning.
