ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a Marketing Manager to drive our brand forward in Thailand. You'll develop and execute strategic marketing plans across digital and offline channels, working with a fast-growing team to reach both merchants and consumers. This is a hands-on role where you'll own campaigns from strategy through performance analysis, collaborating closely with business development and partner teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute integrated brand and marketing strategies for online and offline audiences
  • Clearly communicate Atome's brand value to merchants and consumers
  • Plan and manage marketing campaigns, including platform-wide initiatives and category-specific promotions
  • Partner with Business Development and Merchant Success teams to build tailored strategies for key clients
  • Support partner performance and growth in collaboration with the Merchant Success team
  • Manage the in-app communications calendar
  • Execute end-to-end marketing operations: voucher creation, landing pages, banners, push notifications, and email campaigns
  • Track campaign performance (redemption rates, engagement metrics) and report insights to senior management
  • Analyze marketing performance data, identify trends, and provide regular updates to leadership

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, campaigns, or partnership roles
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Management, or related field
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and/or retail (preferred)
  • Growth mindset with ambition to scale the business
  • Strong stakeholder and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, tight deadlines, and high-pressure situations
  • Analytical and structured thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on execution mindset with a startup mentality
  • Collaborative and proactive attitude
  • Familiarity with social media and influencer marketing (nice to have)
