ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Marketing Manager to drive our brand forward in Thailand. You'll develop and execute strategic marketing plans across digital and offline channels, working with a fast-growing team to reach both merchants and consumers. This is a hands-on role where you'll own campaigns from strategy through performance analysis, collaborating closely with business development and partner teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute integrated brand and marketing strategies for online and offline audiences
- Clearly communicate Atome's brand value to merchants and consumers
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns, including platform-wide initiatives and category-specific promotions
- Partner with Business Development and Merchant Success teams to build tailored strategies for key clients
- Support partner performance and growth in collaboration with the Merchant Success team
- Manage the in-app communications calendar
- Execute end-to-end marketing operations: voucher creation, landing pages, banners, push notifications, and email campaigns
- Track campaign performance (redemption rates, engagement metrics) and report insights to senior management
- Analyze marketing performance data, identify trends, and provide regular updates to leadership
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, campaigns, or partnership roles
- Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Management, or related field
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and/or retail (preferred)
- Growth mindset with ambition to scale the business
- Strong stakeholder and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, tight deadlines, and high-pressure situations
- Analytical and structured thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Hands-on execution mindset with a startup mentality
- Collaborative and proactive attitude
- Familiarity with social media and influencer marketing (nice to have)
