The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related fields.
- 7 to 10 years of marketing experience within the industrial, manufacturing, fragrance, personal care, home care, or ingredients industries.
- Strong B2B marketing background with a proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing initiatives.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into effective business strategies.
- Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
- Proactive mindset, strong project management capabilities, and a passion for innovation.
- Good English communication skill.
