About the role

Our client is rapidly expanding their Series B hospitality technology company with a team of nearly 300 employees, serving hotel groups and accommodation providers across Southeast Asia and South Asia.

As they continue their growth journey, seeking a highly capable Marketing Manager who will become their first dedicated marketing hire. This is a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for an individual who is confident operating independently, building processes from the ground up, and driving measurable commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Generation & Lead Acceleration

  • Develop, execute, and optimize integrated B2B multi-channel marketing campaigns to support sales pipeline growth.
  • Partner with Sales and Product teams to define target markets, refine value propositions, and enhance sales enablement.
  • Lead the planning and execution of industry events, webinars, client engagements, and brand activations.

Digital, Content & Social Media Marketing

  • Own the end-to-end digital marketing strategy, with a strong focus on LinkedIn and B2B hospitality audiences.
  • Oversee content development including thought leadership, case studies, client success stories, and product-related communication.
  • Manage content calendars, digital presence, and audience engagement to strengthen brand positioning.

Marketing Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and report on marketing KPIs including MQL/SQL performance, conversion rates, ROI, and campaign outcomes.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership to support continuous improvement.

Brand Strategy & Growth Initiatives

  • Identify and evaluate new marketing channels, tools, and strategies to increase brand visibility and pipeline generation.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives to expand market presence across SEA and South Asia.
  • Stay informed on industry trends within hospitality, travel, and technology to inform marketing strategy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within hospitality technology or SaaS sectors.
  • Proven track record in demand generation and sales enablement.
  • Experience building marketing programs and frameworks from scratch.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo).
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of business landscapes in Southeast and South Asia is an advantage.
