Job Description

Are you a passionate marketing leader who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment Do you love crafting compelling brand experiences and driving sales We're seeking a Marketing Manager for our Bath&Wellness division to spearhead our growth in key distributor markets. You'll be the driving force behind impactful campaigns, ensuring a consistent and powerful brand presence across all consumer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Plan Development & Implementation: Define and execute marketing plans for both B2C and B2B channels in the Asia Pacific region, aligning with the overall APAC strategy and supporting brand growth and sales targets.

Distributor Management & Support: Oversee marketing bonus programs, provide guidance on best practices, and maintain communication regarding product news and marketing materials.

Marketing Material Creation & Budget Management: Update and create marketing materials (pitch decks, social media content, catalogs, etc.), manage the marketing budget, and administer orders.

Showroom Planning & Updates: Lead the store design process, ensure novelties are displayed, and maintain the appearance of showrooms.

Interior Designer/Developer Marketing: Create marketing plans and materials specifically targeting interior designers and developers, and plan participation in relevant industry events.

Product Launch & Communication Insights: Gather insights from different countries regarding product launches and communication needs, providing feedback to central marketing.

Qualifications:

Proven marketing powerhouse with a minimum of 5 years experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in sanitary, kitchen, lighting, furniture or home construction material relevant to project business/ retail

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Retail, or a related field.

Fluent in English, any Asian language is a plus

A keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for visual merchandising.

Deep experience with digital marketing (social media, ecommerce).
