We are seeking a highly creative, data-driven, and consumer-obsessed Marketing Manager to lead our New Product Development (NPD) and Innovation pipeline. In this role, you will be the bridge between consumer insights and product realization. You will be responsible for identifying market gaps, conceptualizing new product offerings, and driving the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for our next generation of consumer products.
Key Responsibilities
- Innovation Strategy: Define and own the long-term innovation roadmap, ensuring alignment with brand goals, consumer trends, and business profitability.
- Consumer Insights & Research: Lead quantitative and qualitative research (focus groups, surveys, trend analysis) to uncover unmet consumer needs and validate product concepts.
- NPD Lifecycle Management: Manage the cross-functional product development process from ideation and business case development through to final product launch.
- Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution: Develop and implement high-impact GTM plans, including product positioning, pricing, packaging, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with R&D, Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance to ensure successful product viability, cost-efficiency, and operational readiness.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor launch KPIs, including market penetration, sales velocity, and consumer sentiment, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize performance.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 5–7+ years of experience in consumer marketing, with at least 3 years specifically focused on NPD, innovation, or brand management within a CPG or consumer goods environment.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to translate complex consumer data into actionable marketing strategies and successful product launches.
- Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in interpreting market research data and financial metrics (P&L management).
- Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Communication: Fluent in both Thai and English
