1. Job Purpose:
Plan and execute brand and innovation, manage product portfolio and pricing, that lead to higher category consumption with strong brand association.
2. Main Responsibilities:
- Develop brand strategy and brand execution
- Develop annual marketing / product calendar to drive brand to achieve budgeted target and brand position
- Review and revise marketing programs, product range / menu, and customer experience through product to best suit customer & market conditions, of all channels
- Manage product portfolio performance, and plan for product strategy
- Develop new product and new extended brand plan with commercial plan
- Develop pricing strategy and review pricing to drive brand performance to achieve sales target and brand positioning
- Design and manage packaging, as part of branding
- Monitor competitive movement / activities in conjunction with regular store visit and initiate corresponding plans to continuously drive store traffic.
- Maintain good working relationship with all cross functional team and external agencies ensuring proper implementation of marketing plans.
- Build team capability in order to ensure continued growth of the business. Identify and address team performance gap in order to help team stay on track.
3.Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Marketing or any related fields.
- At least 8 year experience in Marketing
- Experience in Food industry would be a plys
- Proficiency in English communication and presentation skills
- Strong drive for results
- Strong in innovative and people management
- Good connection and networking with the industrial bodies
