Job Purpose:
Lead the growth of Burger King Thailand's delivery business by developing and executing high-impact marketing strategies across aggregator platforms. This role is accountable for accelerating revenue growth, strengthening brand presence, and enhancing customer experience through data-driven, innovative, and performance-led initiatives in a highly competitive QSR landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Growth Strategy & Commercial Impact
- Define and drive end-to-end delivery growth strategy to maximize sales, market share, and profitability.
- Identify new growth opportunities across platforms, customer segments, and digital channels.
- Translate business priorities into scalable, high-impact marketing initiatives that support Minor Food's expansion ambitions.
2. Delivery Platform & Partnership Management
- Own strategic relationships with key delivery partners (Grab, LINEMAN, foodpanda, ShopeeFood) to unlock commercial opportunities.
- Lead joint business planning, co-investment strategies, and exclusive campaigns to drive incremental growth.
- Optimize in-app visibility, media placements, and promotional mechanics to maximize conversion and ROI.
3. Data-Driven Marketing & Performance Optimization
- Leverage data and analytics (e.g., funnel insights, customer behavior, platform KPIs) to continuously optimize performance.
- Drive precision marketing through targeted campaigns, retargeting, and personalization strategies.
- Establish clear performance metrics (CTR, conversion, AOV, retention) and deliver measurable business outcomes.
4. Customer Experience & Innovation
- Design differentiated, delivery-first customer experiences, including exclusive menus, bundles, and value propositions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution aligned with operations, product, and platform capabilities.
- Continuously innovate to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value.
5. Media Investment & ROI Management
- Own and optimize delivery marketing budget allocation to maximize efficiency and returns.
- Partner with internal teams and agencies to drive performance media excellence.
- Provide clear, data-backed recommendations to improve investment effectiveness.
6. Reporting & Strategic Insights
- Deliver actionable insights and business storytelling to senior stakeholders.
- Monitor performance trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to inform future strategies.
- Act as a key contributor to broader digital and commercial growth discussions within Minor Food.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in performance marketing, digital commerce, or delivery/QSR environment.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through digital or platform-based channels.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into strategic actions.
- Experience managing partnerships and influencing external stakeholders.
- Commercially driven, agile, and passionate about growth and innovation.
- Experience in food service, retail, or multi-brand environments is a plus.
