Job Title: Marketing Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and highly enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in building our brand presence, driving lead generation, and supporting the overall growth of our e-commerce solution. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute significantly to the early-stage success of a company with a compelling mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Management:
  • Develop high-quality, engaging content across various formats, including blog posts, website copy, social media updates, email newsletters, case studies, and sales collateral (e.g., brochures, presentations).
  • Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice, messaging, and SEO best practices.
  • Manage and maintain our content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of marketing materials.

  • Digital Marketing Execution:
  • Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, Tik-Tok, etc.), and email marketing.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Manage and grow our social media presence, engaging with our audience and identifying trends.

  • Website Management & SEO:
  • Support the optimization of our website content and structure for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility.
  • Ensure website content is up-to-date, accurate, and user-friendly.
  • Monitor website analytics and provide insights for improvement.

  • Email Marketing:
  • Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and lead nurturing sequences.
  • Analyze email performance metrics and optimize for open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

  • Market Research & Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify target audience needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
  • Assist in analyzing marketing campaign data and providing insights to inform future strategies.
  • Support the creation of marketing reports and presentations.

  • Sales Enablement Support:
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials that support their lead generation and conversion efforts.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all sales and marketing touchpoints.

  • Brand Building:
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistent brand identity and messaging across all marketing efforts.
  • Help identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and PR to enhance brand awareness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a marketing role, preferably within the SaaS, e-commerce, startup or technology sectors.
  • Demonstrable experience in content creation (writing samples highly preferred).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
  • Basic understanding of marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas and strategies.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRM software is a plus.
  • Knowledge on Canva, Adobe Creative Suite would be an advantage

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience working at a startup or early-stage company.
  • A portfolio of successful marketing campaigns or content pieces.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
  • Understanding of the specific challenges and needs of small to medium-sized businesses.
