We are seeking for Marketing Manager - Professional Accounts in Ethical Clinic Channel
Job Purpose:
To drive business growth by developing and expanding professional customer accounts through strategic partnerships, commercial initiatives, and coordinated marketing programs.
This role works closely with internal teams to design, execute, and optimize growth initiatives that strengthen market presence and deliver sustainable revenue.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify, acquire, and develop new professional customer accounts, while expanding business with existing accounts to achieve growth and revenue targets.
- Develop and execute short- and long-term business development plans aligned with marketing objectives, including sales forecasting, promotion planning, and account expansion strategies.
- Design and implement account-focused commercial and marketing initiatives, including partnership programs, promotional campaigns, and new business opportunities.
- Assess and recommend effective, compliant, and cost-efficient promotion and pricing frameworks to support business growth initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Medical/Technical, Finance) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and account programs.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and evaluate the effectiveness of pricing and promotion strategies; propose improvements as needed.
- Act as the internal point of contact for pricing structures, promotional guidelines, and related documentation for the sales team (not customer-facing).
- Prepare regular business performance reports, insights, and recommendations for management.
- Perform additional assignments as required by the supervisor and company.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; a Master's degree in Marketing or Business is an advantage.
- 57 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, Account Management, Account Executive, or Sales Promotion roles within consumer health, medical device healthcare, beauty, wellness, FMCG, or related industries.
- Proven experience managing professional customer channels, healthcare provider, medical channel and developing partnership-driven growth initiatives.
- Strong understanding of B2B and B2B2C business models.
- Demonstrated success in executing sales promotion and marketing campaigns, including partnerships, media initiatives, influencer or KOL-related programs.
- Experience in planning commercial programs, tracking KPIs, and evaluating business performance.
- Ability to identify opportunities, anticipate challenges, and propose practical business solutions.
- Self-driven, able to work independently, and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (as required).

Benefits: Fix monthly 75,000 - 130,000 (Base salary plus allowance), flex benefits, performance bonus, and other non cash competitive benefits.
