Key Responsibilities
- Act as marketing owner for assigned special stores, with accountability for traffic, awareness, engagement, and overall commercial performance.
- Develop integrated marketing strategies and marketing communication plans tailored specifically to each store's context, customer profile, and business objectives.
- Plan and lead marketing campaigns, promotions, and activities for assigned stores, ensuring alignment across offline and online channels.
- Closely monitor store performance and key metrics (e.g. awareness, traffic, spending, engagement).
- Analyze performance data to identify root causes of underperformance and develop practical, effective recovery plans.
- Provide focused support for underperforming stores, including deeper analysis, customized initiatives, and closer monitoring.
- Support omni-channel communication by reviewing, commenting, and advising on communication plans, content, and executions to strengthen overall business impact.
- Collaborate with CRM teams to leverage customer data for targeted, customized, and store-specific marketing initiatives.
- Lead and/or act as project owner for selected marketing events, from planning through execution and post-event evaluation.
- Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, CRM, Digital, Event teams) and external partners to ensure effective execution.
- Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced retail environment, balancing strategic planning with execution priorities.
- Track campaign and store-level performance, analyze results, and present insights, action plans, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 812 years of experience in marketing, preferably within retail, lifestyle, or multi-store environments.
- Proven experience in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies.
- Experience managing or leading marketing events is highly preferred.
- Experience working with CRM and customer data is a strong advantage.
