Mission
As Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of all sales and marketing initiatives at Clinique La Prairie's Health Resort. Your mission is to generate revenue, strengthen brand awareness, and drive client engagement by developing and executing integrated marketing strategies aligned with Clinique La Prairie's Swiss excellence and global vision.
RESPONSABILITES
Sales Leadership
- Take ownership of all commercial initiatives to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Build, nurture, and expand B2B partnerships in the luxury, hospitality, and wellness sectors.
- Drive client acquisition and retention with a strong value-based selling approach.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase CLP's presence and market share.
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with CLP's corporate direction and local objectives.
- Increase and strengthen brand awareness, positioning CLP as the leader in longevity and wellbeing.
- Translate business objectives into effective multi-channel marketing programs (PR, digital, events, communications).
- Collaborate with CLP's medical and wellbeing experts to integrate science-based storytelling into marketing.
- Monitor competitors and market trends, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Marketing Activation
- Own and deliver B2B and B2C campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring consistent and premium brand messaging.
- Lead the creative direction and production of collateral, campaigns, and events with internal and external partners.
- Oversee content creation (photos, videos, storytelling) and ensure alignment with CLP's luxury standards.
- Manage PR activities, influencer strategies, and media coverage to enhance visibility.
- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to drive bookings, awareness, and client loyalty.
Clienteling & Guest Experience
- Design and implement a clienteling strategy focused on acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Map customer journeys to deliver highly personalized and seamless experiences.
- Work closely with CRM and digital teams to ensure optimal engagement across all touchpoints.
- Create bespoke client interactions that reflect CLP's luxury positioning, involving senior leadership when required.
Retail & Trade Support
- Support retail expansion and excellence initiatives to strengthen CLP's market presence.
- Execute trade marketing programs with retail and wholesale partners.
- Develop training and brand education materials for retail staff.
- Lead retail-related activations and ensure compliance with CLP's brand guidelines.
Budget & Reporting
- Prepare and manage the marketing budget with disciplined allocation of resources.
- Conduct market research and deliver regular reports and presentations to management.
- Measure campaign effectiveness and convert insights into concrete actions for continuous improvement.
Areas of Accountability
- Achievement of revenue and sales targets.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in the luxury sector, ideally in hospitality, wellness, or cosmetics.
- Proven expertise in brand building, sales-marketing integration, and client acquisition.
- Strong professional network in luxury and hospitality, with established B2B partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong project management and cross-functional leadership abilities.
- Proven experience in value selling and luxury client engagement.
- Fluency in English (Thai or other languages is a plus).
- High integrity, discretion, and ability to work autonomously.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
