Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to join the HYPE team and help drive brand growth and visibility across international and local markets. This role will work closely with the Marketing Director to develop and execute strategies that elevate our positioning, attract high-value clientele, and enhance every guest's journey from booking to boarding.
As Marketing Manager, you will be the key point of contact for all marketing initiatives, coordinating directly with the Marketing Director, Operations Team, and Event Planners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, luxury travel, or lifestyle marketing, with proven expertise in digital campaigns, partnerships, and content creation.
ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Execution
- Support in the development and rollout of comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Execute campaigns across digital, print, partnerships, and events to drive bookings and brand recognition.
- Track and evaluate campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Manage and update the HYPE Boat Club website and booking platforms with engaging, up-to-date content.
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Develop and implement marketing and social media strategies to strengthen HYPE's brand image, grow engagement and drive conversions.
- Social media management across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok & Youtube.
- Create compelling multimedia content (photos, videos, copywriting) showcasing the HYPE lifestyle and guest experiences.
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns, optimizing for reach, bookings, and ROI.
- Apply SEO/SEM best practices to maximize visibility and web traffic.
- Monitor and engage with online reviews, comments, and customer feedback to strengthen reputation.
PR & Collaborations
- Build exposure on multiple media channels including public relations that are related to the luxury boating industry
- Manage influencer collaborations and media partnerships to expand international exposure.
- Negotiate cross-promotional campaigns and co-branded opportunities.
Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct ongoing research into market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.
- Provide insights through regular reports to guide decision-making.
- Stay ahead of hospitality and luxury travel marketing innovations.
Budget Management
- Assist in monitoring and managing the marketing budget.
- Ensure cost-effective use of resources while maximizing impact.
- QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field.
- 34 years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, luxury travel, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong digital marketing skills, including SEO, SEM, social media, and online advertising.
- Proven success in destination, event, or experience-based marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a creative edge.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Familiarity with Phuket's tourism and luxury market is a plus.
- Proficiency in English is required
- Graphic design or content creation experience is a plus.
