About the Role

As the Marketing Manager for ISUB and Mortar, you will own the end-to-end marketing lifecycle and pre-sales ecosystem.

We are looking for a powerhouse strategist to define market segmentation, sharpen competitive positioning, and deploy robust communication plans that convert.

You will play a critical role in expanding our market footprint by forging strategic alliances and nurturing a premier influencer network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategize and execute multi-channel awareness campaigns across ISUB and Mortar portfolios to maximize brand exposure
  • Serve as the guardian of brand identity, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic positioning
  • Drive go-to-market strategies for new product launches and deliver revenue targets
  • Lead demand generation initiatives across the GTM lifecycle to accelerate pipeline growth
  • Orchestrate high-priority projects to ensure a strong pipeline of opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with Tier-1 key accounts to strengthen client loyalty
  • Establish strategic partnerships with influencers and industry players for PR and brand amplification
  • Transform value proposition from product-led to solution-led offerings addressing customer pain points

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales and Marketing (Construction / Building Materials preferred)
  • Proven experience as a Sales, Marketing, or Pre-Sales Manager
  • Solid background in construction business is highly preferred
