As the Marketing Manager for ISUB and Mortar, you will own the end-to-end marketing lifecycle and pre-sales ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategize and execute multi-channel awareness campaigns across ISUB and Mortar portfolios to maximize brand exposure
- Serve as the guardian of brand identity, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic positioning
- Drive go-to-market strategies for new product launches and deliver revenue targets
- Lead demand generation initiatives across the GTM lifecycle to accelerate pipeline growth
- Orchestrate high-priority projects to ensure a strong pipeline of opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with Tier-1 key accounts to strengthen client loyalty
- Establish strategic partnerships with influencers and industry players for PR and brand amplification
- Transform value proposition from product-led to solution-led offerings addressing customer pain points
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales and Marketing (Construction / Building Materials preferred)
- Proven experience as a Sales, Marketing, or Pre-Sales Manager
- Solid background in construction business is highly preferred
