Impact Arena is Thailand's premier live entertainment and events destination, hosting world-class concerts, sporting events, exhibitions, and cultural experiences. We're seeking an experienced and strategic marketing leader to drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and commercial growth across our venue portfolio.
ROLE OVERVIEW
As the Marketing Manager, you will own the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies to elevate Impact Arena's brand, drive ticket sales, deepen community engagement, and support commercial partnerships. You will lead both strategic planning and hands-on execution across digital, social media, public relations, content, partnerships, and CRM initiatives.
This role reports directly to Senior Leadership and works closely with programming, operations, sales, partnerships, and production teams. You will manage internal marketing resources and external partners/agencies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Lead the creation and implementation of a comprehensive annual marketing strategy for Impact Arena, aligned with overall business goals and event priorities with internal and external stakeholders.
- Translate strategic plans into measurable campaign objectives, KPIs, and performance targets.
- Provide insights, competitor activities and market analysis to inform programming, pricing, audience segmentation, and positioning.
Campaign & Digital Execution
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, outdoor, paid media) to drive ticket sales and brand visibility.
- Oversee CRM strategy including segmentation, automation, lifecycle journeys, and audience retention tactics.
- Lead content strategy for owned and paid channels, ensuring on-brand messaging, creative excellence, and optimal engagement across platforms.
Social Media & Content
- Develop and manage Impact Arena's social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), with editorial calendars and performance measurement.
- Drive creative storytelling via video, graphics, influencer partnerships, and UGC campaigns to maximize reach and buzz.
- Ensure all content is engaging, brand-consistent, and strategically aligned with business objectives.
Public Relations & Brand Communications
- Foster partnerships with media agencies, brand partners, influencers, and external stakeholders.
- Lead PR strategy to secure high-impact media coverage and partnerships with press, influencers, and community stakeholders.
- Serve as a media spokesperson and coordinate press opportunities around major events and announcements.
- Manage crisis communications and ensure consistent brand reputation across communications channels.
Partnerships & Sponsorships
- Collaborate with commercial and partnership teams to amplify brand exposure through sponsor activations, co-branded campaigns, and community partnerships.
- Support commercial proposals with strategic marketing assets and audience insights.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance through analytics tools, deliver regular reporting and actionable insights to leadership.
- Use data to iterate and optimize future marketing strategies and investment decisions.
Budget & Vendor Management
- Plan and manage marketing budgets, contracts, and agency relationships to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- 6+ years of progressive marketing experience, with a solid track record in entertainment, venues, live events, or consumer-facing brands.
- Proven ability to lead multi-channel campaigns and drive measurable business outcomes.
- Strong leadership and project management capabilities, able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing tools, social strategy, analytics, and CRM platforms.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with strong writing and creative direction abilities.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution and problem-solving.
- Collaborative team player who thrives working across internal teams and external partners.
- Passion for entertainment, culture, and live experiences.
- Fluent in Thai; proficiency in English is an advantage.
