Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute luxury brand marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan and manage premium brand campaigns, seasonal launches, and exclusive client events.
- Oversee digital marketing, CRM, and omni-channel activities to enhance customer experience and engagement.
- Lead brand storytelling, creative direction, and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and high-end partners.
- Manage PR initiatives and ensure cohesive luxury communications across all platforms.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and luxury consumer insights to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Retail, Merchandising, and external agencies for seamless execution.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure high-quality, cost-effective activations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in luxury marketing, premium retail, or high-end consumer brands.
- Strong understanding of luxury consumer behavior, brand experience, and premium retail standards.
- Excellent communication, creative judgment, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly detail-oriented, brand-focused, and capable of delivering under tight timelines.
- Fluent in English and Thai.
