We're seeking a Marketing Manager (Middle East) - Arabic Speaking to join our client, a fastgrowing FMCG player.
As an individual contributor, you will lead fullfunnel marketing with a strong focus on online channels, partnering with local stakeholders to cocreate initiatives and drive brand awareness across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute fullfunnel marketing plans for the MDE region.
- Lead digital marketing efforts (paid media, social, search, content, website optimization).
- Manage online demand generation campaigns and track KPIs.
- Collaborate with distributors, agencies, and local partners on comarketing programs.
- Create and localize marketing content in Arabic; ensure brand consistency across all executions.
- Analyze performance data and optimize ongoing activities.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in regional or emerging markets.
- Strong digital marketing and performance optimization skills.
- Proficiency in Arabic & English (spoken and written) is required.
- Experience working with distributors, channels, or agencies.
- Strong communication, project management, and ability to work independently.
