Job Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5–10 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or the Drama/Entertainment industry.
  • Industry Expertise: Strong knowledge of drama trends; ability to identify, track, and stay ahead of market movements.
  • Skills: Proven skills in strategic planning, analytical thinking, and coordinating with internal teams and partners.
  • Media Literacy: Excellent understanding and execution of both online and offline media for presentations.
  • Resilience: Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing & Partnerships: Manage marketing for films and series; identify opportunities for media partnerships and drive revenue through advertising and strategic partners.
  • Campaign Strategy: Develop integrated marketing plans (online and offline) across all platforms to boost followers, ratings, and brand engagement, while maximizing revenue.
  • Branding & Content Distribution: Define branding direction for Mono Thai Series and Monomax Original to enhance recognition and loyalty. This includes distributing drama content/highlights across TV, online, and social media platforms (Website, Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok) both locally and internationally, aligned with market demand and company resources.
  • Sales Support: Produce sales tools, promotional materials, and various online media as assigned.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market potential and profitability for various drama-related products.
  • Action Planning: Develop reports and action plans to acquire new audiences/customers for the company.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Sales, PR, and Corporate Communications departments to ensure marketing plans and media strategies are perfectly aligned with the products.
