We're hiring: Marketing Manager (Online & Offline)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the shared services marketing team (media planners, event planners, creatives, and coordinators) to deliver end-to-end campaign support for all men's wear brands.
- Consolidate marketing briefs and requirements from individual brands, ensuring alignment with group-level strategy and timelines.
- Oversee workload allocation and project prioritization to maximize efficiency and output quality.
- Supervise planning and execution of media campaigns (online, offline, and social) in collaboration with media agencies and internal teams.
- Coordinate brand events, sponsorships, and activations, ensuring effective execution and alignment with commercial objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics (reach, engagement, ROI) and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Lead the creative and content development process, ensuring brand consistency and message coherence across platforms.
- Review creative materials, media plans, and event proposals before submission to the Marketing Director or brand heads.
- Manage relationships with production houses, photographers, designers, and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Act as the key liaison between brand marketing teams, the shared services unit, and external agencies.
- Partner with Commercial, E-Business, and Retail teams to ensure marketing initiatives drive sales conversion and brand equity.
- Support the Marketing Director in budget allocation, vendor negotiation, and annual marketing planning.
- Standardize marketing workflows, briefing formats, and reporting templates across brands.
- Lead post-campaign reviews and implement best practices to enhance future marketing execution.
- Contribute to the adoption of digital tools and platforms to improve coordination and data visibility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 10–12 years of marketing experience in fashion retail, FMCG, or consumer lifestyle industries.
- Strong experience in both online and offline marketing, with exposure to creative development, media buying, and event management.
- Proven ability to manage multi-brand portfolios and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent project management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in marketing performance tracking.
- Leadership experience in managing teams and agency relationships.
- Strategic, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
