Own assigned brand/category and ensures end-to-end strategic and tactical brand performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop annual brand strategy, yearly campaigns, and media plans both domestic and export.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor movements. Lead to conduct relevant market research and gather insights to initiate impactful marketing campaigns.
- Lead product innovations, and NPD launching plan
- (Brand, Go to market, on-time launch).
- Translate consumer insights, competitors analysis into brand strategies and communication plans.
- Manage brand budget, forecast, and track brand performance (market share, sales, ROI) to ensure efficient resource.
- Work closely with digital team and media agency for
- Media plan
- Media performance tracking to achieve in all KPIs.
- Lead in Media Optimization & Implementations.
- Develop the brand's annual communication plan (360). Evaluate asset quality.
- Supervise BM/ABM and exude flawless execution.
- Work with sales, trade, PIC, supply chain, media and agency partners and support to fix problems & solutions.
- Monthly monitor, analyze, evaluate brand performance parameters against budget, and propose solutions
REQUIREMENTS:
- Master's degree : Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising and Communication, or related fields
- More than 8 years of experience in marketing role in FMCG industry
- Extensive knowledge of marketing and performance analytics
- Pet food market and consumer insights
- Understanding of media environment (both offline and online) through consumers eyes
