The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to drive sales and enhance the visibility of the residential project.
The role focuses on building a strong project brand, working closely with the Branded Residence operator and their marketing team, generating qualified
leads, and ensuring cohesive marketing execution across digital, print, and on-ground platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Brand Development
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the residential project and achieve
- sales targets.
- Establish, build, and manage brand identity for the project, ensuring consistency across all
- communication channels.
- Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, emerging trends, and competitive
- positioning within the residential market.
- Recommend effective and cost-efficient promotional initiatives to increase project visibility and lead conversion.
Campaign Management & Advertising
- Plan, execute, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns for various stages of the project - new
- launch, ongoing, and inventory clearance.
- Oversee advertising, direct marketing, social media, and digital campaigns to ensure high
- engagement and ROI.
- Manage SEO, SEM, and online advertising to increase website traffic and lead generation.
- Source and negotiate advertising opportunities across digital, print, and outdoor media.
- Maintain and update project websites and property listings across portals.
Creative & Content Development
- Lead agencies and creative partners in developing marketing materials such as brochures, hoardings, videos, digital creatives, and emailers.
- Write and proofread marketing copy for online and offline channels, ensuring clarity, brand tone, and persuasive messaging.
Digital Marketing & Analytics
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor traffic, lead sources, and campaign performance.
- Optimize digital presence through SEO, SEM, and social media engagement strategies.
Events & On-Ground Marketing
- Plan and manage project launches, open houses, exhibitions, and customer engagement events.
- Coordinate event logistics, branding, and promotional activities to enhance customer experience and brand recall.
- Build and maintain relationships with media, PR agencies, and event partners.
Budgeting & Reporting
- Develop and monitor the marketing budget to ensure cost-effectiveness and alignment with project goals.
- Analyze sales and marketing data to provide actionable insights and accurate forecasts.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, campaign ROI, and competitor activity.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing activities with lead targets and sales priorities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate or residential projects.
- Strong experience in integrated marketing, digital marketing, and lead generation.
- Proven ability in brand development, campaign management, and agency coordination.
- Experience in budget management, performance tracking, and marketing analytics.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales and external partners.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
