Royal Phuket Marina (RPM) is Phuket's premier luxury marina and lifestyle destination, featuring world-class berthing facilities, award-winning residences, two newly launched F&B concepts (Solavita and BLUU), the Members Lounge, and a dynamic calendar of high-profile events and community activities. RPM brings together marina excellence, luxury living, wellness, and curated dining to create a vibrant waterfront lifestyle experience.
We are seeking a hands-on, creative, and results-driven Marketing Managerto elevate our brand presence across all verticals: marina, residential sales & rentals, F&B, events, partnerships, and destination marketing.
Role Overview
The Marketing Managerwill be responsible for executing and managing all marketing activitiesacross RPM. This role requires a hybrid skillset strong in content creation, social media, digital campaign coordination, event support, influencer partnerships, and brand consistency.
You will work closely with the General Manager, Marketing Director, and various business units to ensure RPM maintains a strong, premium, and cohesive brand image.
This is NOT a desk-only role the ideal candidate is energetic, creative, and able to execute fast in a dynamic luxury environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand, Content & Creative
- Develop and execute monthly content calendars for RPM, Solavita, BLUU, Marina, and Residences.
- Create, brief, and manage production of photography, videography, and design assets.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual and written materials.
- Oversee signage, menus, posters, brochures, and on-site marketing materials.
2. Digital & Performance Marketing
- Coordinate with digital agencies on Meta/Google campaigns.
- Track performance KPIs (CTR, CPL, ROAS), prepare weekly dashboards, and optimise campaigns.
- Support landing page improvements and website updates.
- Assist with CRM and lead funnel management for RPM Residences.
3. Social Media Management
- Handle daily posting, monitoring, and community engagement across all RPM pages.
- Grow followers and engagement through creative storytelling, reels, and lifestyle content.
- Identify and collaborate with Phuket micro-influencers for caf, F&B, marina, and luxury lifestyle campaigns.
4. Events & Activations
- Support the planning and execution of marina events, F&B promotions, Members Lounge activities, and community events.
- Develop promotional materials and coordinate photographers, vendors, and partners.
- Manage PR assets and ensure full coverage of key events.
5. Partnerships & PR Support
- Build partnerships with hotels, gyms, tourist attractions, lifestyle brands, and local businesses.
- Support PR releases, media coordination, and hospitality industry networking.
- Manage influencer visits and collaboration arrangements (barter or paid).
6. Reporting & Administration
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports for management and board meetings.
- Manage marketing budgets, invoices, and contracts with suppliers.
- Maintain organised digital asset libraries and media archives.
Qualifications & Requirements
Must-Have
- 58 years experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in hospitality, real estate, marina, or premium F&B/lifestyle.
- Strong portfolio of social media/content work.
- Proficiency in Canva; familiar with Adobe Suite preferred.
- Solid understanding of digital advertising (Meta, Google) able to work with agencies.
- Excellent English communication (spoken & written).
- Strong photography/videography briefing skills.
- Ability to work fast, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain high-quality output.
Preferred
- Experience with mixed-use developments, luxury hotels, beach clubs, or caf chains.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and lead funnels.
- Thai nationality or existing work rights in Thailand.
- Familiarity with the Phuket lifestyle and hospitality ecosystem.
- Existing relationships with Phuket photographers, designers, and influencers.
