Responsibilities:
- Develop Marketing Strategies: Define both domestic and international marketing plans to build brand awareness and drive sales.
- Market and Consumer Analysis: Study consumer behavior, market trends, and competitors to support strategic decision-making.
- Team and KPI Management: Lead the marketing and sales team, set KPIs, and monitor performance to align with company goals.
- Product and Brand Development: Collaborate with production and R&D teams to develop new products and strengthen brand positioning.
- Channel and Promotion Management: Plan sales activities, promotions, and marketing communications across channels such as modern trade, e-commerce platforms, online platforms, and export markets.
- International Market Expansion: Support market penetration in regions like the U.S., Europe, and other global markets through partnerships and proactive marketing.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Summarize marketing outcomes, analyze ROI, and present insights to executives for decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
- A minimum of 5-8 years of work experience in marketing within the food & beverages manufacturer.
- Demonstrated ability in strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving.
- Enthusiasm for food and beverages, with a keen interest in staying abreast of F&B trends and enjoying new food and beverage experiences.
- Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify solutions to complex issues.
- Self-motivated with a drive to set and achieve challenging business goals.
- Effective communication skills, including negotiation and strong presentation abilities.
- Strong leadership qualities, with excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork capabilities, and people management experience.
- Discipline in managing business processes.
