Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY: The Marketing Manager is responsible for the holistic planning and execution of integrated marketing strategies, communications, and digital initiatives. This role combines brand stewardship with hands-on digital expertise to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and market share growth.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:


  • Strategic Marketing: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy and planning that aligns communication objectives with business goals.
  • Brand Stewardship: Act as the primary guardian of corporate identity, ensuring all digital and printed materials adhere to global guidelines and localized marketing goals.
  • Integrated Communications: Lead the content strategy for the organization, overseeing the creation and management of all marketing materials, from digital content to printed collateral.
  • Digital Ecosystem Management: Oversee all digital channels, including websites and social media, to maximize visibility, engagement, and conversion.
  • Lead Generation & Paid Media: Oversee paid social media and digital advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness, acquire leads and sales conversion.
  • Public Relations & Engagement: Develop brand-building opportunities and lead PR initiatives with media and influencers to enhance reputation and market visibility.
  • Martech & AI Integration: Lead the adoption of marketing technology, including AI and automation tools, to enhance efficiency.
  • Agency & Partner Coordination: Work closely with digital agencies, media partners, and e-commerce enablers to ensure quality and timely deliverables.
  • Performance Analytics: Interpret data, track ROI, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Market Monitoring: Stay current on digital trends, competitor activities, and online consumer behavior to recommend engagement actions

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
  • Experience: Minimum of 710 years in marketing and brand management, with significant experience in Marketing Communication and Digital Marketing
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of SEO, paid social advertising, Google Analytics, Martech tools, and Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Communication: Good command of English with fluent of presentation skill.
