Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the company's marketing, branding, corporate communications, lead generation, and campaign management initiatives. The role requires close collaboration with the sales leadership and management team to drive business growth, improve market visibility, and generate qualified opportunities.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B services marketing, preferably within engineering or IT services, digital software and AI solutions, or B2B Services organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Branding & Corporate Communications
- Drive company branding, corporate communications, and market positioning initiatives across digital and offline channels.
- Manage marketing collaterals, leadership communication, and consistent brand messaging, PR activities.
Lead Generation & Demand Creation
- Plan and execute B2B lead generation and demand creation campaigns to support business growth.
- Manage digital outreach, marketing automation, events, and campaign performance tracking for lead conversion and ROI.
Campaign & Digital Marketing Management
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns including website, SEO/SEM, LinkedIn, email marketing, and social media initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign effectiveness to optimize marketing outcomes by participation in local and global expo, trade shows and events. Also able to build strong stakeholders relationship.
- Identify and build relevant stage for sales team to leverage and present organization capabilities to decision maker .
Sales & Leadership Support
- Partner with sales, management, delivery & other teams to support customer acquisition, company growth, communications, and strategic business initiatives.
- Develop sales enablement materials including presentations, proposals, case studies, and client engagement content.
Team Management
- Lead and mentor a team of 5-7 marketing and presales associates to ensure effective execution and collaboration.
- Support presales activities including RFP/RFQ responses, capability presentations, and marketing-driven sales support initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 11–15 years of proven experience in B2B marketing within engineering services, software services, IT services, B2B services.
- Strong expertise in branding, demand generation, digital marketing, and campaign management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and flexible to travel local and global location as required
- B Tech and MBA in Marketing / PGDM preferred.
- Work in similar industry will be an added advantage.
Mandatory Requirements
- Candidate must have experience in the IT, Software, Technology, or Engineering Services industry.
- Must possess strong B2B Marketing experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are mandatory.
- Should have Global exposure in handling the team.
- Educational Qualification:
- BE/B.Tech (mandatory)
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing (mandatory)
