Role Overview
Com7 Plc. is seeking a senior-level Marketing Manager to lead brand and marketing execution for Studio7 and Ustore, Thailand's leading Apple Premium Partners and Apple Authorized Resellers. This role requires a strong background in Retail marketing, with deep understanding of retail-driven business, digital performance, and brand management within global brand guidelines.
The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end marketing strategy and execution, spanning online, offline, retail, communication, and event marketing, while leading a team of marketing professionals. This role combines strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and people leadership, with a clear focus on driving brand growth and commercial impact.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and Apple brand guidelines
- Strengthen and evolve Studio7 and Ustore brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
- Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and consumer insights to continuously refine marketing direction and initiatives
2. Online & Digital Marketing
- Oversee performance marketing across key platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, SEO/SEM) to drive traffic, conversion, and sales
- Define and execute digital content strategies, campaigns, and social media communication
- Supervise end-to-end digital campaigns, from ideation and execution to performance evaluation and optimization
3. Offline, Retail & Event Marketing
- Manage marketing materials and visual execution for retail branches, including POSM, POP, signage, and booth design
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive store traffic, in-store engagement, and partner collaboration
- Plan and oversee roadshows, workshop, product launches, and in-store/offline activities
4. Brand Communication & Management
- Define and maintain brand identity, messaging, and tone of voice across all channels
- Work closely with internal teams, agencies, and business partners to enhance brand awareness and reputation
- Develop and manage a clear brand messaging framework to ensure consistency across online, offline, and retail environments
5. Data, Reporting & Budget Management
- Define marketing KPIs and track performance across all campaigns and channels
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI
- Prepare regular performance reports and strategic recommendations for senior management and executives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication Arts, Business Administration, or related fields
- (Master's degree is a plus)
- 7–10 years of marketing experience, preferably within Retail Business
- Proven experience leading and managing marketing teams
- Strong understanding of retail marketing, performance marketing, and brand management
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
