Roles Summary / Purpose:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand management, campaign planning, and digital marketing, along with a creative mindset and excellent project management skills. You will be responsible for increasing brand visibility, driving customer engagement, and supporting business growth through innovative and data-driven marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop appropriate marketing plans and brand strategies based on the company's overall branding direction, including both market promotions and offline activities.
- Plan and manage all wholesale and retail sales channels (e.g., in-person events, social media, digital marketing), to increase brand awareness and drive sales. Coordinate online exposure efforts with channel marketing activities.
- Manage brand social media accounts (Facebook Fan Page / Instagram), including content creation and posting, to enhance brand image and engagement.
- Plan word-of-mouth marketing campaigns, including influencer/KOL collaborations to increase brand visibility.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources across campaigns to meet sales growth targets.
- Execute online marketing campaigns aligned with sales strategies, including the launch of new products, copywriting, and creation of promotional materials such as images, videos, selling points summaries, and training materials for sales channels.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance before and after launch to evaluate ROI.
- Implement marketing activities in line with global brand guidelines and build partnerships within the industry to support effective product launches in the Thailand market.
- Ensure all marketing materials and content meet company standards.
- Design and produce in-store displays, POSM (Point-of-Sale Materials), posters, and other visual merchandising tools needed for physical retail channels.
- Coordinate with brand headquarters through regular meetings to stay updated on product and marketing information, ensuring alignment with international markets.

JOB SPECIFICATION / REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 35 years of experience in FMCG branding, marketing, or campaign planning.
- Flexible and adaptable personality with a strong sense of responsibility and willingness to take on diverse tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, positive and enthusiastic attitude, and strong execution ability.
- Strong cross-departmental coordination skills, creativity, ability to handle pressure, and crisis management capabilities.
- Experience in planning and designing product sales campaigns.
- Able to communicate and collaborate with international teams; eager to learn new things.
- Excellent English communication skills are required
