Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a localized social media strategy aligned with the company's overall marketing goals.
- Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms.
- Create, localize, and schedule engaging, relevant, and informative content in both Thai and English.
- Monitor social media channels for inquiries.
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, and content creators to deliver high-quality assets.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rate, reach, follower growth, and conversions.
- Prepare regular reports on social media performance and suggest optimizations.
- Coordinate with the compliance team to ensure all content adheres to financial regulations and internal standards.
- Stay current with social media trends, competitor activity, and relevant market developments in Thailand.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 24 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the financial services.
- Native-level Thai language skills and fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Strong understanding of local social media platforms and user behavior in Thailand.
- Excellent communication, writing, and creative skills.
