Role & Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives aimed at strengthening brand awareness, increasing customer engagement, and driving business growth across local and international markets.

The role requires close collaboration with the Operations Team, Event Planners, and external partners to ensure brand consistency and impactful guest experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and executing marketing campaigns across digital, social media, partnerships, and events.
  • Developing engaging content aligned with the HYPE brand identity and luxury lifestyle positioning.
  • Overseeing social media platforms, online advertising campaigns, and website updates.
  • Supporting PR initiatives, influencer collaborations, and strategic partnerships.
  • Monitoring campaign performance, market trends, and customer insights to optimise marketing actions.
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand communication.
  • Assisting in the management of the marketing budget and ensuring effective resource allocation.

Profile

Qualifications & Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing, preferably within hospitality, luxury travel, lifestyle, or event industries.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and campaign execution.
  • Strong understanding of branding, content strategy, and customer engagement.
  • Experience in destination marketing or experiential marketing is highly valued.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong storytelling and content creation abilities.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, international, and dynamic environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing performance data.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of Phuket's tourism and luxury hospitality market is considered an advantage.
  • Graphic design and multimedia editing skills are a plus.
