Marketing Manager

West Vision is a fast-growing hospitality group behind some of Thailand's most exciting lifestyle brands, including Yona Beach Club. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to support the delivery of marketing activity across two key businesses within our portfolio: PMG Shipyard and Hype Boat Club.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, you'll play a key role in bringing our brands to life through engaging campaigns, compelling content and impactful marketing initiatives. Working across digital marketing, social media, partnerships and events, you'll help strengthen brand awareness, increase customer engagement and support commercial growth across both local and international markets.

What you'll do

1. Campaign Management & Delivery

• Support the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, partnerships and events.
• Execute marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, increase customer engagement and support commercial objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance and customer insights, using data to optimise future marketing activity.

2. Brand & Content

• Create engaging content that reflects the unique personality and positioning of PMG Shipyard and Hype Boat Club.
• Ensure brand consistency across social media, digital channels and customer communications.
• Coordinate website content updates and support the ongoing development of each brand's digital presence.

3. Digital Marketing

• Manage social media channels, paid advertising campaigns and day-to-day digital marketing activity.
• Identify opportunities to grow online audiences, increase engagement and enhance brand visibility.
• Keep up to date with digital marketing trends and recommend new ideas to support campaign performance.

4. Partnerships & Collaboration

• Support PR activity, influencer collaborations and strategic partnerships that enhance brand awareness.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver marketing activity effectively.
• Assist with managing the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and campaigns deliver value.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business or a related discipline.
• Proven experience delivering successful marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Experience in digital marketing, social media management and content creation, ideally within hospitality, lifestyle, luxury travel, tourism or events.
• Strong understanding of branding, customer engagement and content marketing.
• Experience analysing campaign performance and using insights to improve results.
• A creative mindset with excellent copywriting, storytelling and content creation skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English.
• Experience using graphic design or multimedia editing software would be advantageous.
