Marketing Officer (Event Coordinator)
Responsibilities
- Create event plans and timelines for preparation and execution.
- Coordinate with teams such as marketing, design, production, and technical teams.
- Ensure the event runs smoothly according to schedule and handle any issues that arise.
- Prepare post-event reports with insights and recommendations for future improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, Journalism, Education, English, Public Relations, or Management, (Can be another related field but need to be interested in Marketing and Branding Management)
- Experience in planning events from start to finish, including setting goals, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Ability to liaise with suppliers, service providers, venue managers, and team members.
- Experience in marketing, including social media promotion, advertising material design, and event PR.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly during events.
- Ability to speak confidently and naturally in front of large audiences.
- Ability to adapt activities to suit different audiences.
- Ability to persuade clients or sponsors to participate in events.
- Quick-thinking and problem-solving skills to handle unexpected issues during events.
- Skill in handling multiple tasks simultaneously without delays.
Benefits :
Base salary (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
Cash Supplement: Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) = 1,200 Baht/month
5 working days per week from Monday to Friday (8.00-17.00)
Car Maintenance: not exceeding 8,000 Baht/Month (Bills required)
Car Insurance: actual but not exceeding 18,000 Baht/year (Bills required)
Diligent Allowance: pay annually depending on your attendance record: 4,600-9,000
Baht/year
Bonus: Based on annual and company performance (last 5 years: 2021 = 3.5,
2022 = 2.5, 2023 = 4.0, 2024 = 4.5, 2025 = 5 months)
Annual Leave: 6 days (JanuaryDecember 2025)
Provident Fund: Employer contribution = 5%
Medical Allowance: 6,000 Baht/year (OPD and Dental), accumulable up to 18,000 Baht
Marriage Allowance: 2,000 Baht
Children's Scholarship Fund: 2,0005,000 Baht/year
