Key Responsibilities:
- Initiative the planning and execution of marketing operations across multiple channels.
- Manage the marketing calendar and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
- Optimize marketing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to execute campaigns.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement of marketing activities.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing operations or related roles.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems. (Using Braze is a plus.)
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency markets and related marketing strategies.
- English TOEIC score of 600+
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Cross-functional coordination.
- Passionate in Cryptocurrency, Blockchain Technology, Start-Up, FinTech, Digital currency, Tokenization
