Job Description

The Full-Stack Marketing Operations professional is responsible for managing the systems, processes, and data that power modern marketing. This individual orchestrates the complete MarTech stackensuring all marketing efforts are efficient, automated, and accurately measured against revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technology Management: Evaluate, select, and integrate the marketing technology stack (e.g., HubSpot, Calendly). Troubleshoot technical issues such as email deliverability or data sync errors between platforms.
  • Process Automation: Design and maintain automated lead nurturing workflows and trigger-based campaigns. Develop standardized naming conventions and operational workflows to ensure scalable campaign deployment.
  • Data Strategy & Analytics: Act as the single source of truth by maintaining data hygiene and implementing multi-touch attribution models. Build real-time dashboards to track KPIs like ROI, pipeline influence, and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
  • Lead Management: Oversee the entire lead lifecycle, including scoring models, segmentation, and seamless handoff processes between marketing and sales teams.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure all marketing activities comply with evolving data privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA.

Essential Skills (2025 Requirements)

  • Technical Proficiency: Mastery of major CRMs (Salesforce/HubSpot) and automation platforms. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email/web templates and SQL for advanced data querying.
  • AI & Automation: Ability to build AI-driven workflows for hyper-personalization and automated content generation.
  • Analytical Thinking: Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio) to translate complex datasets into actionable business insights.
  • Collaboration: Strong cross-functional leadership to align marketing goals with Sales, IT, and Finance.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Typically 3+ years in marketing operations, with a strong focus on B2B SaaS environments.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a technical field; industry certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, HubSpot Marketing Software) are highly preferred.
  • Portfolio: Evidence of optimized workflows, successful technology migrations, and measurable impact on lead conversion or ROI.
