Job Overview:
The Marketing Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of multiple marketing projects from initiation to completion. With 2-3 years of experience in project management within a marketing environment, the ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to handle high-pressure situations, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and effectively lead diverse teams. Experience with Jira or similar project management tools will be considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Lead and manage marketing projects, including digital campaigns, product launches, events, and strategic partnerships, ensuring successful project delivery within the set deadlines and budget.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate internal marketing teams and external stakeholders, fostering collaborative team environments and managing cross-functional team activities to ensure project success.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement detailed project plans to track progress, resources, and milestones. Adjust project scopes, schedules, and costs as needed to meet business objectives.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on project performance against goals, timelines, and budget, providing detailed reports and analysis to senior management.
- Problem Solving: Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans. Resolve issues and conflicts within the project team efficiently and effectively.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with all stakeholders, including senior management and external partners, to ensure project expectations and requirements are clearly understood and met.
- Tools and Technologies: Utilize project management tools such as Jira to enhance project efficiency and team collaboration. Experience in these tools will be utilized to optimize workflow and track project metrics.
- Marketing Expertise: Apply marketing knowledge to align projects with the company&aposs strategic marketing objectives and enhance brand visibility.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in marketing project management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing marketing teams and projects.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Experience with Jira or similar project management software is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with current marketing trends and best practices.
